  - Salutations to the one wearing yellow garments, with a yellow body, marked with a yellow umbrella and flag, bearer of a sword and shield, doer of deeds, and remover of impurities.


**Verse 13:**

आत्रेयगोत्रजोऽत्यन्तविनयो विश्वपावनः ।

चाम्पेयपुष्पसंकाशः चारणः चारुभूषणः ॥ १३॥

- **आत्रेयगोत्रजः (Atreyagotrajah):**

  - Aatreya-gotra-jah

  - Descendant of the Atri lineage

- **अत्यन्तविनयः (Atyantavinayah):**

  - Atyanta-vinayah

  - Extremely humble

- **विश्वपावनः (Vishvapavanah):**

  - Vishva-pavanah

  - Purifier of the world

- **चाम्पेयपुष्पसंकाशः (Champeyapushpasankashah):**

  - Champeya-pushpa-sankashah

  - Resembling the Champaka flower

- **चारणः (Charanah):**

  - Charanah

  - Wanderer

- **चारुभूषणः (Charubhushanah):**

  - Charu-bhushanah

  - Beautifully adorned

- **Translation:**

  - Salutations to the descendant of the Atri lineage, extremely humble, purifier of the world, resembling the Champaka flower, a wanderer, and beautifully adorned.



**Verse 14:**

वीतरागो वीतभयो विशुद्धकनकप्रभः ।

बन्धुप्रियो बन्धयुक्तो वनमण्डलसंश्रितः ॥ १४॥

- **वीतरागो (Vitarago):**

  - Vitarago

  - Free from attachment

- **वीतभयो (Vitabhayo):**

  - Vitabhayo

  - Free from fear

- **विशुद्धकनकप्रभः (Vishuddhakanakaprabhah):**

  - Vishuddha-kanaka-prabhah

  - With the radiance of pure gold

- **बन्धुप्रियो (Bandhupriyo):**

  - Beloved of relatives

- **बन्धयुक्तो (Bandhayukto):**

- **Translation:**

  - Salutations to the one free from attachment and fear, with the radiance of pure gold, beloved of relatives, bound by ties, and dwelling in the forest region.


**Verse 15:**

अर्केशानप्रदेषस्थः तर्कशास्त्रविशारदः ।

प्रशान्तः प्रीतिसंयुक्तः प्रियकृत् प्रियभाषणः ॥ १५॥

- **अर्केशानप्रदेषस्थः (Arkesanapradesasthah):**

  - Arkesha-ana-pradesa-sthah

  - Situated in the region of the Sun

- **तर्कशास्त्रविशारदः (Tarkashastravisharadah):**

  - Tarka-shastra-visharadah

  - Expert in the science of logic

- **प्रशान्तः (Prashantah):**

  - Prashantah

  - Peaceful

- **प्रीतिसंयुक्तः (Pritisamyuktah):**

  - Priti-samyuktah

  - Endowed with love

- **प्रियकृत् (Priyakrit):**

  - Priya-krit

  - Maker of pleasantness

- **प्रियभाषणः (Priyabhashanah):**

  - Priya-bhashanah

  - Speaking pleasantly

- **Translation:**

  - Salutations to the one situated in the region of the Sun, expert in the science of logic, peaceful, endowed with love, maker of pleasantness, and speaking pleasantly.


**Verse 16:**

मेधावी माधवासक्तो मिथुनाधिपतिः सुधीः ।

कन्याराशिप्रियः कामप्रदो घनफलाश्रयः ॥ १६॥

- **मेधावी (Medhavi):**

  - Medhavi

  - Intelligent

- **माधवासक्तो (Madhavasakto):**

  - Madhava-asakto

  - Devoted to Madhava (Lord Vishnu)

- **मिथुनाधिपतिः (Mithunadhipatih):**

  - Mithuna-adhipatih

  - Lord of the Gemini sign

- **सुधीः (Sudhih):**

  - Sudhih

  - Wise

- **कन्याराशिप्रियः (Kanyarashipriyah):**

  - Kanya-rashi-priyah

  - Fond of the Virgo sign

- **कामप्रदो (Kamaprado):**

  - Kama-prado

  - Fulfiller of desires

- **घनफलाश्रयः (Ghanaphalashrayah):**

  - Ghana-phala-ashrayah

  - Abode of rich fruits

- **Translation:**

  - Salutations to the intelligent one, devoted to Madhava, lord of the Gemini sign, wise, fond of the Virgo sign, fulfiller of desires, and the abode of rich fruits.


**Final Verse:**

बुधस्येवम्प्रकारेण नाम्नामष्टोत्तरं शतम् ।

सम्पूज्य विधिवत्कर्ता सर्वान्कामानवाप्नुयात् ॥ १७॥

- **बुधस्येवम्प्रकारेण (Budhasyevamprakarena):**

  - Budhasya-evam-prakarena

  - In this manner, of Budha (Mercury)

- **नाम्नामष्टोत्तरं शतम् (Namnamashtottaram Shatam):**

  - Namnaam-ashtottaram shatam

  - One hundred and eight names

- **सम्पूज्य विधिवत्कर्ता (Sampujya Vidhivatkarta):**

  - Sampujya vidhivat-karta

  - The performer who worships properly

- **सर्वान्कामानवाप्नुयात् (Sarvankamanavapnuyat):**

  - Sarvaan-kaamaan-avapnuyat

  - Attains all desires

- **Translation:**

  - Thus, these are the one hundred and eight names of Budha (Mercury). The performer who worships them properly attains all desires.
